            It had been a week since the incident with Desmond occurred, and already everything seemed as if it was back in order! The Doctor gave Desmond the OK to practice, but didn’t want him playing in any games just yet, he had been looking good during the team workouts though. As the team was preparing for the big rivalry game against the Cowboys, the media could not stop buzzing about what happened to Desmond. All the sports commentators predicted a huge lost on the Eagles part, saying that the team morale was down and they couldn’t function properly without their quarterback. The Eagles proved them wrong and dominated the game. They won 28 to 14, keeping their super bowl hopes alive.

            Sitting in his living room watching the highlights from the victory, Desmond couldn’t stop thinking about Ryan. He knew he didn’t love Ryan, but he did harbor some type of feelings for him. After Desmond was released from the hospital he had his number changed, it was the first step in reconciling his marriage. Why did I even give that dude my number, he asked his self. Just then the doorbell rang interrupting his thoughts. Desmond got up and opened the door. “Package for Desmond Scott!” the chunky UPS guy said as he handed the package over to Desmond. “And I’m just going to need your signature sir, and also an autograph!” he  said smiling from ear to ear. Desmond just laughed and signed the digital device and the crumpled piece of paper the delivery man handed to him.  “Thank you, man I got lucky today, I was going to call out, and look I ended up delivering a package to Desmond freaking Scott. Whooooo!” The delivery guy said as he turned to leave. Desmond shut the door and laughed as he walked back to the couch.

            Anxious to see what was in the small package that just arrived Desmond sat down and began to open it. Because he had so many endorsements he was used to getting random gifts from time to time. Once he had the package opened he dumped out its contents. There was a DVD and a little note, it read:

Dear Desmond,

            I am so happy to know that you are home and doing well. I tried calling you, but I see you’ve changed your number. I don’t know what is going on, but I just want you to know that I love you, and I live for you! I know you are not happy with that raggedy tramp who calls herself your wife. Just know that when you’re ready to leave her that I’ll be here waiting! Again I love you and miss you terribly.

Desmond just sat there staring at the note from his ex-lover. He read it over and over, and each time he got more upset. He could never understand why Ryan believed he would leave Phoenix for him.             All week long Armen had been ducking Roman’s calls. He was sick of his brother and his goody-two-shoes attitude. Tina

            As she walked into Becky’s apartment, Tina was paranoid and very nervous! She had been walking on eggshells ever since Becky got arrested. She didn’t know if her friend would tell on her or not. Tina was sitting at home when she found out about her friend. Not wanting to take any chances Tina fled to her ex boyfriends house in Delaware. After about a week of no one calling her or searching for her, she decided to go back to Philly and use the spare key to Becky’s crib. She wanted to get that money that they had stole from Desmond. As quickly as she’d come in, she was leaving. Becky’s dumb ass had left the money right on her dresser. But what Tina didn’t know was the police had been searching for her, and as told by Becky, they plotted a camera in the apartment! And sure enough as Becky predicted Tina came back for the money!
