First let me tell you the people in my story and yes ofcourse the names have been changed. My boyfriend, DJ; mutual friend, Ardis; mutual friend's friend, Wendy; my daughter, Ariel.
My boyfriend and I have been together for almost two years. The first day we met (Friday June 29, 2007), I knew there was something different about him. We met through a mutual friend, that, I admit, I had fucked before. I was told we were going to a 'party.' It turned out to be just me, our friend, my now boyfriend, and our mutual friend's friend. I had just had a baby girl and she was exactly a month and a week old. My baby's father wasn't in the picture. Anyways my mom wouldn't watch her for me so I took her along. Ardis told me that Wendy didn't drink or smoke so she would watch Ariel for me.

“Why is it always like this?” Talia asked herself as she flipped through channels on tv. Once again she was in the house on a Friday night.

Talking to herself was the last thing she wanted to be doing tonight. Everyone she called was either too busy to answer , or so busy that when they did answer they hung up before she could get a sentence out. Jasmine has always been my favorite cousin. She is a very strong woman. People either like her or hate her. But she is never for self she is always trying to help everyone come up. If you are good to her then she is good to you. Too bad tho cuz I really want to see what Joey is all about. He is a womanizer, I can tell. And I know it won't take much to get him! Jasmine will never know with me traveling back and forth from New York....

I don’t know why I offered to drive.  I was shaking so badly inside.  All I could think was that the woman I love needs me and I had to get there quickly.  Jason had told me in the elevator that Donna had fainted.  Damn, my heart was beating so fast.  I love her so much and the thought of her being in pain was tearing me apart. 
 I pull up to St. Luke’s and Jason jumps out before I can come to a complete stop.  I head to the parking lot and park the car. I jump out the car and make a run for the emergency room entrance.  I head for the nurses station and ask for Donna Brooks.  The nurse asked me who I am. , and I tell her I’m her brother, and I came with her husband and had to go park.
She tells me she is room 7 around the corner and I head in that direction.  I come to another corner and I see ER room 7 on the ...

 
Donna came to, to find a woman holding my hand, and a crowd of people around me.  I tried to get up and the woman quickly told me not to try to move because I hit my head pretty hard. I reach up and touch my head to find a lump the size of a key lime. I grimace, since just the slightest touch cause me pain. I hear more voices as the EMS came through the crowd with a stretcher.
“You did not have to call an ambulance, I’m fine”
“No you are not fine you have been unconscious for 3 minutes. By the way my name is Susan, I’m a nurse. I was in the isle right behind you and I saw you fall. Thank God I was too.”
The paramedics quickly got down beside me and started asking me all types of questions. They pick me up and put me on the stretcher, and strap me down. Then off I go into an ambulance. My head is pounding, and the sirens make me feel as if ...

I couldn’t tell if Kara was serious or just trying to set me up. But hey she was getting me free and that’s all that mattered. I told myself that if the woman backstabbed me I was going to kill her and this time no one was going to stop me. As the cops pull me out of the car one of the cocky motherfuckers says “its your lucky day Fag” I damn near almost went back to jail. But when I looked over at his partner who was giving me the eye I already knew I’d get the last word with his ass if I ever saw him again.
